This lovely beach home is just 1 1/2 blocks to the bay. Located in Town Bank one of the oldest communities in S. Jersey, dating back to 1630 when Dutch settlers established a whaling community of 13 homes; mostly log cabins. Today, Town Bank is considered to be a more rural in flavor than the neighboring communities, with mature trees providing lots of privacy and relaxing shade from the summer sun. Bay Leaf Cottage is a newly constructed home in the community. If you’re new to vacationing in the Delaware Bay area, it is helpful to know that there are no beach tags or fees to use the beach. And there’s no need to worry about beach parking because the cottage has free on-street parking, plus the cottage has off-street parking for two cars.
